In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Feb. 5 against Royzel Henderson of Jefferson on a charge of providing tobacco to a minor. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Brett Michael Roberts of Omaha, NE, was sentenced to two days in jail on a charge of domestic abuse assault- first offense. He was also fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $100 domestic abuse surcharge. The court found him unable to pay restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees. Court costs were $60.
Christopher Allen Hay of Carroll was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of criminal mischief- fifth degree. Court costs were $60.
Information is available since the return of arrest warrants that Amanda Ruth Breckinridge of Mingo has been charged with theft- fifth degree; and that Drew Bobby Agan of Boone has been charged with assault.
